Aloha. Thank you for checking out my website. I am a licensed clinical social worker working with older adults who have everyday-kinds-of- issues-and-concerns. Being an older adult has it's own special set of challenges that are hard to prepare for. It's easy to become unsure of what are the next best steps.
My goal is to help you experience wisdom, clarity, well-being, and a life that inspires you.
I have devoted my professional life to gathering tools to help others come to a sense of peace and inner knowing so that they are better able handle what life dishes out. These are self-help tools that once learned, can be used in the present and then can be applied to weather storms that arise in the future.
My focus is in the following areas:
Aging Growing Older and Wiser Navigating Health Challenges
Anxiety Inner Peace Relationships
Caregiving/Self-Care "It's MY TURN" Retirement
End of Life Meaning/Purpose Self-confidence
Getting Unstuck Mild/Moderate Depression Spiritual Eldering
Grief and Loss Mindfulness Transitions
I am awaiting credentialing by insurance companies

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique, and if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and be lost. The world will not have it. Martha Graham
